Meet Ana Zayas
I’m a Holistic Coach with 7 years of experience guiding others through practices that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. After living and working in Boston for over a decade, I recently returned to my roots in the desert of Tucson—called back by the land, the sun, and a deep desire to serve my community in a more intentional way.
I bring practical, spiritually rooted tools—yoga, breathwork, mindfulness—to help teams reduce stress, build connection, and cultivate focus in the workplace.
